I  check tumblr for the first time today and see that one of the people I follow post a song I would post today. That song led me to think about french music, and that led me to think I should give Yann Tiersen  a try one of these days. Now, a friend just recommended him to me, out of the blue. We weren’t even talking about music. I’m going to follow the signs the musical gods throw to me…

So i’m making a post for FYTN

concerning the song Secret Meeting and my media player, which is in random, starts playing the song! The odds were 1 : 2.027

oh, oh, coincidences…

I had to reblog this because:
1) It’s the first time something from 3rd rock from the sun appears on my dashboard;
2) I just saw yesterday the first episode of the 4th season of Dexter and remembered this series…
3) I just have to pay homage to this series because it introduced me to crazy physicists (2 of the physicists that I ever crossed in my real life are as crazy as Dick Solomon) and Joseph Gordon-Levvit.

Europe and coincidences

Today was very, very strange. Full of coincidences and small things that never happen to me.

I saw the guy who was next to me in the first plane trip I took. We met thant day, we spent three days in Barcelona along with other common friends, we never had the courage to get our contacts. We study in the same campus, but, in a year and a month we never cross each other. And today, exactly 15 days before I get in another plane, I see him. He sees me. No one talks.

He taught me how to like orchestral music. I recommended him the film “The Fall”. Never knew if he saw it.

Weird

One of my local cinema clubs offers, every 15 days, a free cinema session, which I and my friends just discovered 15 days ago.

Well, 15 days ago, a one of my friends decided at last minute not to go to the cinema session. Later that night, she texted me saying that it was good she hadn’t come because she just had found out that a good friend of hers died.

Tonight, another friend of mine also couldn’t go to this week cinema session. Later, she texted me that it was a good thing she hadn’t come, as she was driving her sister to the hospital, because her sister was on labour. The baby was due next week.

Oh Life, so strange!
